      Shipping Policy

      Thank you for visiting and shopping with us here at Junkbox Apparel. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

      Domestic Shipping Policy

      Shipment processing time

      All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. 

      All orders are shipped via Evri standard service which aims to deliver in 2 business days or Royal Mail 1st Class service which aims to deliver the next working day.

      If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, for example over Christmas, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in processing of your order, we will contact you via email.

      Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

      You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. You will receive tracking as standard however if you required additional services please contact us upon purchasing to discuss shipment upgrade options.

      Express shipping

      We do offer Express Shipping which is a priority service. This is not a guaranteed 'next day delivery' service and is still subject to our standard order processing times. Priority is given to this service option & we aim to process in 1-2 working days.

      International Shipping Policy

      All orders are shipped via Evri Standard Airmail or Royal Mail Standard Airmail service which aim to deliver within 3-5 working days to European countries & 6-7 working days worldwide.

      If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, for example over Christmas, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in processing of your order, we will contact you via email.

      Customs, Duties and Taxes

      Junkbox Apparel are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

      Damages

      Junkbox Apparel are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping however we will endeavour to help resolve any issues. 

      Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

      Delays

      Please be aware that due to COVID 19 there may be slight delays in processing and or shipping times. We appreciate your patience & understanding during this time. 

       

      Returns/Refund Policy

      Thank you again for visiting and shopping with us here at Junkbox Apparel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

      Returns

      You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. (Exclusions apply please see below.) Please notify us via email prior to sending the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

      Your item must be in the original packaging and will need to have the original order number, receipt or other proof of purchase.

      Refunds

      Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

      If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

      You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

      Return Shipping 

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      Exclusions

      Items excluded from our returns/refund policy include the following; Sample products, Sale items & Custom made products.
